In the Double Towers residential complex, a spacious and comfortable parking lot and a green zone are designed, which have unique and original architectural solutions, are earthquake resistant and, most importantly, the project is developed in accordance with the construction norms in force in the Republic of Armenia. The total construction area is 33,217 square meters, of which: ✅23,747 square meters of residential area, ✅1,926 square meters of commercial area, ✅7,544 square meters of parking, ✅+ 2,084 square meters of additional green areas
